How do I open an account with Capitalix?
Click on “Open Account” from anywhere on the Capitalix website and fill out the basic information requested. Next, complete registration by verifying your account.
You will have to select either Virtual or Real mode to continue trading. The Virtual account allows trading with the virtual funds, without risks for the personal funds.
To Trade in Real Mode, you will have to deposit funds and complete an online questionnaire. Once received and reviewed by our team, you will be eligible to commence trading.
Do I need to send you any documents?
In order to comply with the regulator’s requirements and AML policy, you need to verify the account by sending your documents that prove your identity and your place of residence. This is known as the Know Your Client (KYC) process and is a simple and fast procedure that our Customer Support team will be able to walk you through if you need any assistance.
Why do I have to go through the Know Your Client (KYC) process?
Capitalix is regulated in Seychelles by the Financial Services Authority. Therefore, every new trader needs to provide proof of identity and proof of residence documents.

How do I add funds to my Capitalix account?
When logged in on the platform, select the “Deposit” tab, choose a payment method that suits you, and top up your account balance.
Is depositing safe and secure?
Protecting users’ funds is a high priority for us as a regulated broker. We employ Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol when processing your money. It ensures the confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted between entities, making it a highly reliable solution for financial operations.
Which currencies can I use to make a deposit?
Accounts can be set up in EUR and USD. When opening your account you will need to choose your preferred currency. All deposits made into your account must align with the chosen currency.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is 250 EUR/250 USD.
How do I withdraw my money?
Go to the “My Account” section of your account, select the amount that you would like to withdraw, and click “Confirm.” The withdrawal will be processed within 72 hours on the Company’s side. To track all your financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals) go to the “Transaction History” section of your account.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR.
Is there a fee for deposits/withdrawals?
Capitalix does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. The user’s bank or payment system may charge a fee for payments made; such fees are paid exclusively by the client.
What can I trade on Capitalix?
The platform offers a diverse range of tradable assets, including forex, stocks, cryptocurrency, commodities, and indices, totaling 350+ assets.
Can I trade Bitcoin CFD?
Bitcoin, along with other cryptocurrencies, is available for trading on the platform as a currency pair (e.g., BTC/USD).
Can I trade 24/7?
The trading time depends directly on the assets and the markets in which they are traded. Stocks, for example, can be traded during the opening hours of the exchanges on which they are listed, while some instruments (e.g., cryptocurrency pairs) are available for trading 24/7.
What is Forex?
Forex is the buying and selling of currency pairs, the most popular being the US dollar and the Euro: EUR/USD. It is the largest and most liquid financial market in the world with a daily trading turnover of more than $5 trillion.
What is margin?
Trading on margin means that you are able to increase your position size by using leverage. By utilizing a leverage ratio of 50:1, for example, a $10 investment is sufficient to initiate a $500 trade.
Can I cancel my trade immediately?
You can close an order any time after it has been opened, but you cannot “cancel” its execution as it is executed at the time of submission.
